The fishing village of Amed is located on the eastern coast of Bali, stretching 15 km along the shores of the Java Sea. It boasts numerous beaches and marinas suitable for swimming, snorkeling, and diving. The entire area is designated as a natural reserve and protected region. Set amid stunning untouched nature and captivating jungle, it is home to a variety of protected wildlife and plant species. Notably, at Lipah Beach, where our project is located, giant turtles nest and can be spotted while swimming, alongside the protected civet cat species. This location is sought after by divers from around the globe.
Amed is primarily known for its tranquility and peace, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and rest in the embrace of authentic wilderness. It is also safe for swimming and suitable for small children.
